DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXPORT ACTIVITIES OF FREEGO DRINK SA THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EXPO2020 PROMOTION PROGRAM

Freego Drink SA is implementing a project titled: “Development of the export activities of Freego Drink SA through participation in the implementation of the EXPO2020 promotion program.” co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under sub-measure 3.3.3 “Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands – Go to Brand” of the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020.

The project aims to develop the export activities of Freego Drink SA on the market of the Persian Gulf Countries. The goal will be achieved through:

Participation in the most important foreign fairs in the industry,
Participation in economic missions,
Participation in the Polish-Emirate Economic Forum,
Conducting information and promotional activities,
Advisory Service (UAE).

The goals will be achieved by implementing the following activities:

Gulfood 2022 (UAE),
Economic mission accompanying EXPO 2020 DUBAI (in which participation in the Polish-Emirate Economic Forum is planned),
Economic mission not accompanying the fair (Saudi Arabia),

In addition, it is planned to purchase a consulting service in preparation of entry to the non-EU prospective market of the UAE and to carry out information and promotional activities, including the cost of:

Purchase of foreign-language information and promotional materials in the form of advertising catalogs, leaflets, and business cards,
Production and broadcasting of advertising spots and informational and promotional films promoting the entrepreneur’s brand,
Acquisition of a promotional panel for the Polish Economy Brand.

Planned project effects:

increase in revenues from sales of products for export
signing new foreign contracts
increased company recognition in foreign markets

The project implementation period is from 01/04/2021 to 31/12/2022

Total project value: PLN 220,500.00

Value of eligible expenses: PLN 220,500.00

Project funding from the European Union: PLN 165,375.00
